Cycles and Rhythms are so important, and mostly forgotten or ignored these days, especially in the city, where one may not be so connected to Nature. Mother Earth is such a good teacher and Guide for us, and her Energy does affect us much more than most people realize. We need to honor this more – and Her.
We are coming now to the Fall Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere – Friday September 23rd. It is another marker for us – another ending and beginning – and another opportunity, if we would be aware of that and go with it – perhaps even celebrate and give thanks for the blessings that we do have. There are always the challenges – and always the blessings.
I wish you more awareness of your own cycles as well as those of our Earth.
