It’s time to speak a little about the Soul in relation to the Silver Linings. From my perspective the biggest SilverLining to any challenge is finding a deeper connection with my Soul. They range from the minutest ones to the enormous ones. The whole range has the same requirements. The bigger ones just take more effort. More BREATH……more FOCUS…….more SUPPORT……more DISCIPLINE…….more FAITH……..more COURAGE……..more MOVEMENT…….more HUMOR……more FEELINGS………more MEDITATION………more LISTENING…….more JOURNALING…….more MUSIC……….more SINGING……..more DANCING…….to name a few! The choice is yours. However, if you commit to listen to your Soul’s calling, you will be compelled to follow – perhaps to places unknown and unexpected. Some may please you, and some not……..this is the Journey. Stand by your choice, and doubt not. All there is is letting go…….sinking in to that place of nurturance as you ride the waves back to the Source of Love. YOUR LOVE!
